Looking at the tracking on your order, it's unfortunate that FedEx sent your order from our warehouse in Minnesota to California and then finally to Florida. We've sent this to our FedEx rep for investigation.
The pins were shipped within our standard processing times. The new replacement pins should have arrived in working condition. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service team.
