“I very much like this foam roller and have purchased 3 of them. I have a lot of muscle stiffness not related to lifting but more to getting older. I use these to foam roll on and they help loosen up my sore/stiff areas. I use them to foam roll on my back, hips, thighs, and calves. The foam material is firm to help massage the areas needed but soft enough that using the foam rollers remains comfortable. On the inside of the foam is a dense plastic material. This helps the foam rollers keep their shape and not collapse. The reason I purchased 3 of these is so I have them in multiple locations of my home so I remember to use them. That's probably irrelevant to anyone reading this, but its important to me.”
