“I've tried everything to make this tool work without success. The wrench winds itself up to speed but then immediately fails on the first hammer blow. It blows the fuse for the cigarette lighter and the auxiliary power socket in the boot. I left a request for help on the Power-tools-direct website with no response. It is a fairly cheap device but I didn't want to spend a lot as I don't see myself needing to use it very often. I need someone from PTD to contact me regarding a credit or refund. Oh and btw, your website also says you will only get a refund if it's sent back in the original packaging which was a hard plastic wrap that had to be cut off! Dreadful experience!!”

“It is perfect to do the job. I have bought it to bolts where I couldn't reach the nut and needed an impact to release the bolt and I wanted to use it in my garage where I don't have electricity. It worked perfectly.”
