“Received damaged. Replaced promptly but also badly damaged. Company refused a 3rd replacement and gave refund, stating it was company policy not to send a 3rd replacement. If you want 4.5kg of welding wire to arrive undamaged, then I strongly suggest you look to obtain elsewhere..”

“Order arrived quickly with DPD but on opening the package the spool rim was broken in 3 places although the cardboard box appeared undamaged. Gosia at Power Tools was very good and arranged a replacement which arrived 2 days later, which was excellent service from Gosia. The replacement showed some damage to the cardboard box, and when taking the spool out, it was so badly damaged, it looked like it had been used as a bowling ball by the courier. On this occasion Power Tools refused to make a further replacement even after I suggested they invest in some decent packaging, other than flimsy cardboard boxes for an item weighing 4.5kg. I also suggested that they change their courier. They took up neither suggestions, as the same courier collected the damaged goods, and they still refused a further replacement. If you are looking to order 4.5kg of welding wire, and you want it to arrive undamaged and usable, then you best look elsewhere, other than Power Tools.”
