“Wasn't sure when purchasing but was persuaded by all the reviews extolling the virtues of this jump starter. Was going to get from Machine Mart originally but the price from PowerTools Direct persuaded me otherwise. Item delivered as forecast and in described condition saving me a tenner, what's not to like. To test it I flattened the battery on my 9 year old Astra by leaving the headlights on overnight, yes I have done this before without meaning to. Next morning car dead as a Dodo, couldn't even unlock using the remote, manual key entry required. Connected up the JS and despite it having been a cold night the car started within a matter of seconds, sorry I didn't count it. Still plenty of charge on the JS, some people have suggested 3starts from one charge and I can believe it. It comes in a nice handy case and will charge a phone unfortunately the laptop leads and adapters don't fit my HP Envy but thems the breaks. 4 stars overall because I would like longer jump leads and an adaptor that fits my laptop also haven't been able to verify durability or longevity.”
