“Product cuts well and has good extendable reach, however a)the cutting mechanism is very prone to jamming on anything but the thinnest of twigs, b) the pull cord frequently gets wrapped around branches on the way through to the chosen target.”

“We found Power Tools Direct very poor in their customer service. Their delivery lead in times are misleading and delivery took 6 days when it said it would be up to 2 days on the website. When I went back to the company they told me that their delivery times were not promised, but I think the wording on their website does not make this clear at all. The tree pruner is good and does the job well but it was lacking an operating manual; thankfully we found good operating advice on Amazon which was useful, especially re. Taking starter pictures and making sure the knots were tight.”
