“The blade supplied with this product - i.e. the most important part of a scraper - was simply useless, it would not sharpen and when I attempted to use the tool, metal fragments broke off of the cutting /scraping edge. The metal that the blade is made of is very, very, very poor quality, and brittle, to the point that the tool is not worth using. I wrote to Faithful Tools with this information but received no reply. I have been advised to chuck the blade away and get a new one from a better tool supplier.”

“Over all the scraper is robust enough for the job but I did find that the blade was ground at the wrong angle so I had to regrind the correct angle and burnish. Other than that pretty good for the money.”
