“If I could put zero stars I would. Bought this to remove superficial black areas on a pine log cabin after sanding and preparing prior to treating with stain. I'd read reviews that this was excellent, even after being told to use household bleach :( I bought three bottles. Apart from it being a restricted product for posting so you have to pay extra it's over £9 for a 500ml bottle in the first place. Rip off. After three tries it did absolutely nothing to 'bleach' the wood. So after a trip to my local supermarket and a couple of quid later for a bl***y big bottle I tried that. And it worked wonders... problem solved, cabin looking good. I suggest you do the same and save yourself time and money. (N.B I will however being using 'Power Tools Direct' again as the service was excellent.)”
