“Placed an order, despatched the next day, did not arrive, asked Customer Service for an ETA, got a very poor and lazy response, a simple one line email with a tracking number and name of courier and told me to look them up and review the tracking myself (no link to courier, no interest at all). Which I did and found it was at a central hub for weeks, so they refunded. No offer to help track, to help re-order, no assistance just a refund. So I used Amazon and arrived next day :-) suggest you do the same!”
