“When the screw is removed the fixing breaks inside. Clearly the fixing is not a threaded insert and so multiple use is not to be expected, but it means you need to replace the fixings EVERY time you remove the screw (eg when taking off a hook to paint a door). The worst part is that it looks ok from the outside so you don't realise the fixing has broken until the hook falls off the door! I now use UNO fixings instead as they do not break and still clamp down really well onto thin materials. Summary - ok if you never need to take the screw out, otherwise poor value.”
