“I emailed you but got no reply from you. The instructions for opening the doors of the squirrel cage are very poor and the photographs on the box are too small. The instructions could do with a full blown diagram of what you put where to keep the doors to the trap open. I have whacked myself on the hand several times in a vain attempt to get both doors to stay open.”
