“If I wanted bits of smashed plastic I could have rummaged in any garbage bin. I didn't expect to have it sent to me by post. And yes, those Trip-Traps were smashed before they were packed: there was no external damage to the parcel and no fragments within the parcel. Why would anyone try to sell stuff like this? This is all to do with the seller, Power Tools Direct, and not the traps themselves which I have purchased elewhere and found to be very effective at catching mice!”
