“Not what I expected from SIP. There was nearly 2mm of wobble on the sanding disc wheel, the belt work table not true to belt and the securing screw was to short. washers missing. to much play on mitre guide, the finish could have been better, obviously a machine made in china that SIP sticks a label on.”

“It’s a powerful machine and is solidly built. You’ll need to address dust extraction the bag supplied unsurprisingly does not collect more than (I’m guessing 50%) of dust generated . The major downer is its packed in polystyrene inside its transit carton. This could very easily be changed to shredded cardboard which can be recycled , unlike polystyrene which cannot be recycled. The manufacturer needs to address this issue”

“Initial impression is it’s solidly made, motors a little noisy but quite powerful. Thee a major down side, it’s packed with polystyrene which , whilst it prevents transit damage is impossible to degrade / dispose. The supplier should be persuaded /instructed to package with compressed cardboard which could then be recycled!”
