“The only thing I can say is that the table is a bit too low,use a bit of 1”thick plywood and it is a lot easier,splits the wood better,apart from that it’s a great bit of kit for the job”

“It's very good, not quite powerful enough to go through seasoned ash knots. Splitting logs has become easy, safer, and actually enjoyable. The protection is a bit iffy, you have to stand over a log that can develop a lot of reactive force. I found it safer to bypass the left hand operator and control it from the right hand side only, giving me space and time to get away from a flying log. It also helps when splitting down for kindling.”
