“The glue is great, the service from Power Tools Direct poor. Delayed despatched but I had to chase to find this out. When it did arrive the wrong size product had been sent. Won’t send a replacement u until the wrong order sent back. All in complete contrast to a different supplier who has been so proactive when dealing with a delayed despatch. I doubt I will be using PTD again but the product itself is great.”
