“First time I've used this company, product same as available from other sites but cheaper, hence reason for purchase. Order was placed and confirmed, after a week no package was received so I contacted the supplier to ask status only to be told it was a warehouse problem. After contacting two further times I was informed product was delayed to supply problems and was advised I could request a refund. Then out of the blue the items were delivered two days later I feel that if a product is not available for immediate delivery this should be stated during the purchase procedure. Very happy with product supplied and pricing”
