“Very poor service. I kept receiving messages to say my order was on its way. On the day that it was due to arrive I received a message to say that my order had been cancelled as item no longer available. I reordered from this companies sister site as the item appeared to be available. However when i clicked on the buy button i didn't realise that it took me to a different product. When the incorrect product arrived i contacted the company who said they would give me a refund but not for the original postage. I pointed out that under distance selling rules they had to refund the original delivery postage but they still refused to do so. I reported them to Trading Standards for this breach.”
