“The items were just what I wanted but one of the two I ordered had been put together upside down so did not work this was changed then the one that was right the rivet failed and it fell apart. I contacted them and the items were replaced very quickly these seem to be working well. I would recommend the firm to anyone and will definitely use them again.”

“Arrived on time and well-packaged. Very good price for this product. Unfortunately the lip (far left on photo) was made too long and fouled on the mounting plate - the net effect was that the catch would not operate. The lip had to be hacksawed back by about 5mm to allow it to work properly. Despite this setback once corrected it worked well and I am pleased with the purchase. Would use again.”
