“I placed my order and unfortunately the transaction timed out and have therefore never received my order; i have however paid for the goods and after 3 emails chasing this company over a 3 week period i am still nowhere nearer receiving my refund. I continue to receive emails from a person telling me it has been sent to their accounts department. I have no issues with the technology creating issues, these things happen. However after being sent the details of when my money was paid and requesting a refund I would expect a far better service from an established business.”
