“Very disatisfied. arrived 7 days after I'd paid (I had ordered on basis of 1-2 day delivery as needed them for a job so ordering 5 days ahead seemed plenty of time). I had chased up order after a 2 day wait and was promised a response which I never received. Resulted in my having to use alternative more expensive hinges. to add insult to injury when package arrived it contained only one hinge, not a pair and no fixings! I wasn't offered anything so requested a refund plus the price difference in the hinges i had had to use This was refused. when I asked for the contact details of the managing director I was told I couldn't have it. I have asked for the company's complaint policy but still not received it.”
