“Unfortunately, Tranquinol did not help me with sleep. I didn't realize that it has magnesium malate which I am very sensitive to. It tries to lower my blood sugar as I'm diabetic and makes me very restless. I have a whole bottle left minus 2 capsules and not sure what to do with it.”

“I take 3 capsules 1/2 an hour before going to bed. Helps tremendously falling asleep and staying asleep. No side effects at all. I wake up morning fully refreshed, rejuvenated and full of life and energy. Not exaggerating... it's true. I don't wake up during the night. If I do, I fell asleep immediately. Would highly recommend friends and family.”
