“I like that this mg doesn't give me diarhea. I'm not sure if it's effective for mg levels unless I do lab testing. I still get midnight leg cramps if I eat too late but discovered that if I drink a quarter cup of water with 1 tsp baking soda, the cramps disappear in less than 5 min and I sleep soundly for rest of the night”
