“I have used Cognitrophic since it first became available. This product works even if you don't take it regularly. I take 5 capsules before I head off to work (I work as an RN) and it does exactly what it's supposed to. Since I work PRN (as needed), I only take it on the nights I work and it still works like a charm. I notice a difference if I don't take it.”
