“Great liquid and easy to use. This is one of the few items I give guarantees on when recommended for my clients. I have never refunded one yet, btw. I also use this when traveling across time zones to help keep my circidian rhythm optimal. I also find it useful when production of our own melatonin is decreased because of blue light and poor sleeping habits. If going to bed later than usual I recommend a few drops to help our bodies reset for sleep.”
