“I used to have sub clinical hypothyroid. With some food adjustments, for instance, a daily raw brazil nut, and ThyroVen. I no longer was classified as sub clinical hypothyroid after 1 1/2 years. I eat a whole food plant-exclusive diet. My plant-based doctor was thrilled with my recent blood test results! I'm 67 years young. It's time for me to lift weights.”
