“I own a Therasage portable infrared sauna. I've been using, almost daily, sometimes twice daily, since 2018. I've been taking Medi-Clay-FX almost equally as long. I take it before I pop into the sauna. I eat a whole food plant-exclusive diet and I'm 67 years young. It's time for me to lift weights.”

“I found removing the MediClay Fx from the little capsule extremely annoying. Once suspended in water, I really liked the product. I won't be buying it again because I thought the price was expensive for what I got. I'd give the product 5 stars if the clay were sold in a bottle as a powder with a plastic spoon for scooping out aliquotes.”
