My logo came out beautifully and the turn around time was fast.
Bad:
The boxes weren’t wrapped very well so one came with stains. Couldn’t get a replacement because according to Brandable Box, it can still be used and just 1 cannot be created. Wouldn’t even budge on a discount on the next order and an apology was like pulling teeth. I understand that white boxes will stain during shipping when I mail my products to my customers. That’s fine. However, I’d have like to receive what I ordered in perfect condition so any stain by the time it gets to my customers will be minimal instead of an additional stain.”
