Bad:
This order took a little longer to arrive. The box is not as sturdy as I’d have liked but it should be fine since I plan to stamp “handle with care” on boxes.
Honestly, I personally don’t know the point of the digital proof if I can’t request any minor adjustment that isn’t a major edit. Might as well be in suspense until you get your order.
Why not give proof and give 24 hours to make MINOR edits? Better to have a happy and satisfied customer who returns than to place one order, be dissatisfied (whether clients’ fault or company’s fault is irrelevant) and not return or refer the business. BIG PICTURE; long term.”
