“The shopping experience is very good. The new box I bought is smaller than it looks so I have limited use for them. There is a new box you introduced a day after I made my last purchase and I think that size will work well for my business, but have to wait to order it. My biggest complaint is your shipping cost is OUTRAGEOUS. Only having one shipping option is awful and appears as if you are taking advantage of the customer. There should be shipping options to reduce cost if the recipient orders ahead. I run a small business and have varying options: standard, 2 day, overnight, etc.”
