“After a really bad experience the first time around, my husband convinced me to give it another try and I'm glad that I did. Excellent work. I appreciate the fine print job and the timely service.”
“Can’t beat the price. These were meant to be our “secondary boxes” when using our current materials in large quantities becomes cost prohibitive. From that perspective, your product somewhat exceeded my expectations. (Especially the cost to me: I’ll keep coming back to the price, since that is the aspect that really makes you guys shine.). In terms of a side by side on quality, your material feels like a discounted version of custom packaging— but you are pretty clear about quality shortfalls, at least in a readBetweenTheLines sort of way, so I’m not at all bothered by that. Main concern is accessibility: you have a product with a higher potential for error, and you expect customers to pay upfront and trust that they’re going to be represented favorably at the end, or else the time, effort and money is all for nothing. That’s a big ask. When you encourage customers to pay extra for a digital proof, it naturally follows that I would be relieved to see the proof and give a thumbs up before anything was manufactured with my name on it: that was not the case, which is confusing and seems deliberately misleading and evasive... it made me concerned about what you were doing with my image, and I went back to look for fine print to confirm. I don’t want to distrust you from the bat, but it’s already done. Burying your live contact information and refusing to call your customers back until 72 hours after the THIRD cal placed to you is a practice that breeds mistrust, And I’m disappointed that the scenario described happened twice. I’d you are not going to perform exactly the way you promised, better to be up front about an inevitable disappointment so we’re aware, and not overwhelmed with anxiety at the end of the road.
Otherwise, pretty pleased, thanks?!?”
