“I bought a big order with drink powders, pears in syrup and date and banana bars. I have had them before and decided to buy in bulk. I like them and they are healthy and worth buying, my mother approves of them also. I will let my girlfriend try tomorrow as I made her a goodie bag with some rations in.”

“... which might be because they were made in 2018 and their Best Before is 2021. I dread to think what they'll be like in 10 years! ("Date & banana" sounds chewy but they're rather melt-in-the-mouth.) 81 kcal.”

“These are in a very convenient small size and are ideal to take with you on walks, treks, and just for the need for energy - or a sugar rush. Hopefully they will last a long while and are a good emergency ration. Taste-wise however they do not taste much like date or banana - they just taste sweet. It's not an unpleasant taste but it's pretty bland. So , ultimately, you're going to eat them because you need to, rather than because you want to. But as I said before, they are highly convenient - and very cheap - so good value!”
