“I will start of by saying all in all this torch is great and the only reason I have dropped a star is because of its limitations that would be an issue for a prepper. Pros: â€¢lightweight and easily fits into a pocket â€¢Pocket clip is strong and made of from some metal â€¢Has the ability to focus the light â€¢Not fully waterproof but is rain proof and will be enclosed in your hand so it is fit for a variety of purposes â€¢Feels heavy and sturdy, made from metal [weighs 68g Inc. Batteries 46-47g without] â€¢Has 3 different lighting modes, Bright, Dim and Strobe â€¢Easy to use â€¢Can be used with a pistol or pistol crossbow â€¢Great distance for such a small torch Cons: â€¢Not fully waterproof â€¢On/Off button is at the rear so if you're not holding it like a detective you'll have to use your other hand or leg to hit the button â€¢No rechargeable options Conclusion: This torch is a great item for EDC the light can reach 50 to 100 yards depending on how dark it is and other light sources, It can be used to assist in home defence with the strobe option, speaking of which there are 3 different lighting modes which you switch between by pressing the on/off button halfway, it will remember the mode you set it to for 20 seconds after that it will go to the default setting when the button is pressed which is the brightest one. This function is what I call into issue as a prepper as I do not think the dual purpose of the on/off button is as durable as a simple on/off button that doesn't have another function. Apart from that it is a great little torch and I am sure the more expensive more specialised torches from nebo are just as great. P.S. you may have noticed the torch in my pictures differs from the pictures on this website, that is most likely because they have an older version pictured on this website.”
