“The shoes run at least a full size larger. I tried to return them only to find that the shipping fee was not worth sending them back. I would have exchanged them but it was not an option.”

Hi Mary, I'm so sorry to hear these slippers haven't been the right fit. We do have an internal quality control team who check the quality of all of our styles but importantly, the fit. We've sold hundreds of this style now, with no feedback that's made us question the sizing of this. I'm very sorry this was a problem for you. We have also tried to make it as clear as possible that we don't offer an exchange service, on our Delivery and Returns page.
