“I bought a pair of toe in, heel in last year. I wear 7.5 so got an 8. They fall off when I walk. Knowing that, this year I bought 3 pair of slip on, one for me and 2 as Christmas gifts. They wear the same size as I do. I ordered 3, one size down. 6-7.5. Too small. Gorgeous and good quality but beware of sizing.”

Hi Cheryl, I can't trace your first order to know the style you're referring to as being too large. I'm very sorry to hear you've had issues with our sizing. We've run these sizes since our brand began in 2014 and have had so few negative comments, we feel confident in the sizing of our range. Our extremely low returns rate supports this at just 5% across our slippers and nightwear. Having said this, I don't doubt that you found the larger sized slipper wasn't appropriate for you. This may have been down to the softness of the upper or footbed, style of the slipper or simply how you felt in that slipper. I'm very sorry you feel disappointed in the slippers you've recently received from us. If you would like to return this order for a refund, I can advise on how to do this.
