“The cutlery I received I'm am not happy with as was personalised with name on an they didnt even wipe the brown dust off , an the knife is all scuffed like the engraver missed in places an the bear not as stud out as the other bears , not happy at all I did want to send back but them read your terms an conditiones so lesson learnt you get what you pay for”
