“Absolutely hopeless. Nowhere on the website description does it say that this stainless steel engraved cutlery set is NOT dishwasher proof, but when I received it and opened it to check all was OK before gift wrapping it, there in the box is a huge sticker saying “This item is not dishwasher safe”. Seriously, your website description includes loads of other useless information, but the critical bit, about dishwasher, nowhere to be seen. Absolutely hopeless, be careful.”

“Very happy with cutlery - ideal as a present. Disappointed with delivery as paid for next day delivery but didn't receive until 2nd working day after it had been despatched ( ie despatched on Friday didn't receive until Monday)so missed birthday.”
