“Disappointed that there wasn't an opportunity to write a gift label so the recipient didn't know who had sent it. I sent a contact us message about this but received no reply. I didn't get an email to say it was dispatched and how I could track it so I didn't know when to contact my friend to let her know it was me who sent it. She had to contact you to find out and you then emailed me.”

“I ordered this for some friends who were celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary. I wanted to make them a hamper but to make it something special for them. The wine with its personal label was the centrepiece & my friends loved it. They have since asked me where I bought it as I think they would like to do something similar.”
