“Was a present. Dosen't seem to make any difference to heat of drink and most of my mugs are too big for it anyway. Bit of a gimmik.”

“Great idea - shame 19 out of the 20 mugs we own are too big. The only one that does is not a mug but a teacup. Really should re-name the product so people are not misled.”

“Great little thing- especially if you spend a lot of time at the computer doing work/browsing etc. Gets really really warm and is really effective in keeping my tea warm! Only quibble is that when it arrived in the box the item had thumb-prints on it and i thought that was a bit un-clean and as it was a present...”
