“The mug is a good quality and a recommended purchase if you are looking for such an item. Unfortunately my payment to Prezzybox seemed to get stuck somewhere in their payment system so I received an email thanking me for my order but the payment was not taken until I chased the order several days later. The order was then rushed to me, two days after Valentines Day. *hangs head in shame*”
