“I was disappointed that I didn't receive the pizza I had ordered and then frustrated with the way customer services dealt with my complaint. Their attitude was terrible, making excuses, not offering a proper apology and I had to keep chasing them to resolve the problem. Even though we were sent the wrong chocolate pizza, it did go down very well with my son & his friends.”
