“Ordered the jigsaw as a birthday present on 5 Feb 2018 - and it did not arrive until 16 Feb! So of course it did not arrive in time for the birthday. In addition, it was impossible to add any kind of personalization message to either the jigsaw or the outer wrapping when I ordered online. So I was obliged to contact the person and inform them that I had ordered a gift that was expected to arrive by post - so if they received a mystery package, they would at least know it was from me. Very disappointed! Will never use Prezzybox again and will stick to better websites such as Amazon that at least provide the option of giftwrap and adding a personal message to gifts sent through the post (and that actually arrive on time!)”
