“I am very disheartened with this product as I actually received a alternative without being informed. I ordered the teddy with the red top and white writing, but instead received the white top with red writing, also my teddy has a squashed face and upturned nose. When enquiring why I have received this product, I was informed the teddy I wanted has been discontinued, however I was not informed of this until i enquired why I got this wrong teddy. I am very disappointed”

“Good quality teddy, jumper and stitching. However, the photo shows the names stitched in mixed case letters but in fact it comes all in capitals. I have checked and the ad does not mention this. Also in these days of multi-cultures and languages, not being able to add foreign accents is disappointing. Overall, a nice gift.”
