“The item was never delivered because it had been ‘discontinued.’ It should not be on the website or allowing people to buy it if it’s not available. Prezzybox emailed me about a refund and I responded stating I want a full refund and I am still waiting for a response.”

“I placed the order on the 4/12/2017 estimated delivery was stated as 7th-11th December. I am still waiting for this order and it is now the 18th December. It was a birthday present therefore very disappointing to not receive it and have the money taken out of my account.”

“Got this as a present for my husband who is really into fancy tea- he loved it! The box was really good quality and the tea had a nice delicate flvour to it. It wasn't clear when buying it that it was loose tea but that wasn't a problem for us!”
