“I didn’t receive my order. I purchased on a Monday and ordered next day delivery as it was for a birthday gift needed for the Wednesday. I rang on the Wednesday morning as it had not arrived only to be told it was out of stock. I had not received any notification. Very disappointing. The only positive I have from the experience was the fact that they apologised and refunded my money immediately.”
