“Even after reading and re-reading the instructions i can still not get this product to perform as it should. It switches on, I follow the instructions regarding waiting for the light sequence, blow in to it but nothing happens. I would presume that even if I am 0% something should show to indicate this? My partner is trying with it but if he has no luck getting it to work then I shall be returning it and expecting a full refund. Please advise of any ideas that you may have regarding this problem, thank you. Arrived on time but with not working a very disappointing Christmas gift.”
