“Item did not arrive, contacted customer services, who did suggest I chase up royal mail, I told them I didn't consider it my place (as they paid royal mail to deliver they should chase). Customer service were very good then and said they had organised a replacement that would be there next day. Sadly although it did arrive next day, it did have a very small chip out of the side of glass and I had no choice but to give as gift as it went with something else and I had no time left to get anything else.”
