“I ordered on the 9th and product was dispatched on the 10th... Estimated delivery was 16th or 17th, I called PrezzyBox on the 18th as no sign of product. They told me another will be sent express delivery and would be there on the 19th, it's now the 20th... Still waiting!! I'm going to have to phone them again on Monday and ask for a refund... Had high hopes!!”
