“The order was delivered on time. I presume the personalisation was correct but I haven’t seen it. I know my friend wouldn’t embarrass me by telling me it was incorrect. The only thing is there was no way of including a greeting and saying who it was from. My friend was phoning round all her family to find out. I had to phone and let her know.”
