“Arrived very well wrapped and delivered on time. This is a gift so the person in question hasn't received it yet. Had quick check to make sure was ok, have to say it looks lovely. Am very pleased with it.”

“Terrible! Was sent with the wording in the wrong places even though the order confirmation was correct! It looks cheap and you can see an obvious line around the wording block on the back. I’ve contacted them by email and still awaiting a reply 2 days later!”

“I bought this teapot for a friends birthday, just right for a single person. Very good quality, extremely well made, the personalisation is very well placed. Excellent value for money, my friend loved it, a great special birthday gift without breaking the bank. Highly recommended.”
