“Sadly they sent me a faulty bowl but have said they will send a replacement but it should not have been sent - Prezzybox themselves have been very quick to act and very helpful though”

“The main problem here is that this is the second time I've been asked to review my item and I haven't even had an email yet telling me that it's been dispatched! I think that maybe you have your priorities the wrong way round.”

Hiya Sorry to see your 1 star review, unfortunately not all of our external partners send out dispatch emails and the review emails are automated, sometimes unfortunately this means customer's receive the review email before the personalised item has arrived. “The quality of bowl and font of print is really nice but unfortunately the writing is not straight and being the reason for paying so much for an otherwise fairly average bowli am disappointed ..I would’ve returned but this would have left me without a gift for my goddaughter”

“Never arrived despite false claims and promises. Waited over 3 weeks. Left with no gift 2 days before Christmas and service staff unconcerned. Avoid if possible and use one of the many other companies offering this service.”
